So I'm sitting here at dinner thinking about what I'm going to write in my first blog. Yikes! My next inclination is to grab for the bread. BIG MISTAKE! I'm allergic to wheat!! As a result, it makes me break out in hives.
I needed some de-stressing of my own and decided to add lavender to my bath. Lavender is known to be a calming as well as a soothing agent to the skin. To help my itchy skin as well., I also applied my lavender body soufflé, which consists of 85% shea butter, aloe, and soothing botanicals such as calendula and chamomile.
Ok, now I feel better! Looking forward to the next post.
